I really enjoyed the variety in breakfast. Each morning included different options. the staff seemed genuinely happy to help with anything. i also appreciated the convenient location near local shops. It was easy to find what i needed.

The team provided an really good welcome. I was so happy. Joe assisted with luggage and offered recommendations for local explorations. Eye coordinated a splendid tour of the city. I loved it. The staff is so pleasant. I would stay here again.

The location may require brief taxi rides to some areas. easy access to transportation is so available.

the room was super spacious and very clean it also had all the comforts i needed i also appreciated the free parking available at the hotel i never had to worry about finding a spot. the international breakfast was good and the hotel restaurant was a great option for meals

the staff seemed inexperienced resulting in slower service at times

attentive staff friendly reception bland food limited options

The staff at the reception was attentive and friendly. I asked for a room change to get a pool view and they agreed immediately after a surcharge. The hotel also called a taxi from the hotel to the airport for us.

The hotel breakfast was not great. Food was bland and options were limited. There were more thai options than western ones.

excellent stay!

clean place friendly staff free shuttle welcome drinks

I found this hotel to be quite clean and peaceful! the staff was both friendly and professional. They promptly fulfilled all my requests! while not quite a five-star experience, it definitely reminded me of a solid four-star one. i especially liked the free shuttle service to various spots. It used an open-air truck with seats, so it was quite convenient. the complimentary welcome drinks were also a nice touch!

The hotel's policies seemed a bit strange. this was a bit inconvenient, but i managed to book online at a similar rate.

i tried both breakfast and room service, and i found them delicious and reasonably priced! there is also a japanese buffet restaurant and a very cheap massage place nearby, convenient for dining alternatives.

the room was larger than those in other central hotels and everything looked new! the bed was very comfortable, and the room was cleaned daily, with fresh water and coffee provided, so it was a plus.

The staff was nice and always smiling. They always seemed eager to assist. nam and fang were particularly helpful and friendly, really setting a positive tone.

The hotel provided three different room options, one for 'do not disturb,' one for 'clean please,' and one for just changing towels and emptying the bins! laundry service was quick and efficient. It cost 150 baht per 10 items , made my life easier.
